I have trained extensively in psychodynamic and cognitive therapies. I offer formal, structured CBT for individuals looking to address specific issues or problems in a time-limited, brief period. For individuals looking for a longer-term focus on growth, insight, and relationships I offer dynamic psychotherapy informed by CBT.

Prior to founding Lucid, I was a military mental health officer, an executive leader, and a clinical supervisor. I earned my doctorate in clinical social work from University of Pennsylvania, where I continue to teach as adjunct faculty.
