FAQ

How does therapy work?

At Lucid Clinical Services, we approach therapy and counseling as a collaborative process. Our starting point will always be in understanding what brings you in and how we can help. We find therapy is most effective when we work with our clients to build insight while also building new skills and patterns.

What do you treat?

Our clinical team is expertly trained and very experienced to treat a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, addictive and compulsive behaviors (including substance abuse), relationship challenges, stress, self-esteem issues and family conflict.

What if I miss an appointment?

Please help us serve you better by keeping scheduled appointments.  Unless cancelled at least 24 hours in advance our policy is to charge the full rate for appointments that are missed or not cancelled with at least a 24 hour window.

Who do you treat?

We treat individuals across the lifespan from ages 13 up. We work extensively with veterans, LGBTQIA, executive leaders, teens, first-responders, neurodiverse, and college students. That is, whoever you are, we can help.

Do you in-person or tele-therapy?

We offer both in-person appointments and telehealth via Zoom.
