Though I work most frequently with depression, anxiety, relationship distress, and PTSD, I have experience with a wide range of individuals and a diverse array of concerns. Therapy isn't "one size fits all", and I want to partner together with you to meet your unique needs.
My primary training is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I have experience working with military and veteran populations, survivors of domestic violence, and individuals with incarceration histories.
