When finding a therapist to work with, we believe you should be able to make an informed decision. We offer all new clients a 20-minute initial consultation, free of charge. This may be done over the phone or via video conference. During this conversation we can discuss your primary concerns and goals for therapy, you can ask questions about the process, and you can decide if we seem like a good fit for each other. 

We are considered an out-of-network providers for all insurance. We do accept HSA and FSA and will provide the necessary documentation if you choose to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

If you would like to use out-of-network insurance benefits, you should call the customer service number on your insurance card. If they need any more information, such as specific "CPT procedure codes," please let us know.

Our rates vary by provider, and fee ranges are noted on their individual About Us sections. Individual providers have unique specialties including treatment of OCD, substance use disorders, and PTSD.
